Re-refined base oils
Group I performance, from oil that has already worked once
Since the 2010 upgrade to high-vacuum distillation with fractionation, our recycled base oils are equivalent to Group I virgin base stocks — and the same oil can be recycled again, indefinitely, without losing quality.
What a re-refinery actually does
Used lubricating oil is not spent. Its base stock survives the service life of the machine it was in; what changes is everything around it — combustion products, water, wear metals, spent additives and oxidation.
Re-refining removes those, and only those. The oil is dehydrated, then distilled under high vacuum so the base oil fractions separate at temperatures low enough that they do not crack. Fractionation lets us take the cuts off separately rather than as one undifferentiated stream, which is what makes a consistent, specifiable product possible.
The result goes two ways: sold as base oil, or blended into finished lubricants next door at our own plant.
Grades and specifications
Viscosity grades, typical test data and pack options for our recycled base oils are prepared per enquiry, because supply is matched to the cuts running at the time. Tell us the grade and volume you need and we will confirm what we can supply and when.

The feedstock for all of this is oil someone else has finished with. If your site generates used lubricating oil, we will arrange collection.
